The Dohles Rocks Road upgrade was part of a $150 million major safety improvement plan for the Bruce Highway. As well as alleviating a bottleneck at Murrumba Downs, the programme was awarded to create a northbound entry and southbound exit for the highway at Dohles Rocks Road. This project eased congestion, and saw better access to the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas for the 5,000 families in and around Murrumba Downs and Griffin.
Direct Landscape Services was chosen as the preferred landscape contractor to provide landscape & environmental treatments to all disturbed areas.
